Bruce C. Phillips graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in 1978 with a degree in Psychology and obtained a J.D. from the University of Richmond in 1981. After completing law school, Mr. Phillips clerked for the honorable Eugene A. Gordon and then the honorable Frank W. Bullock, Jr. in the Federal District Court in Greensboro, North Carolina, in 1982 and 1983. Since that time, attorney Phillips has focused on civil litigation, culminating in his partnering with the local attorney, Dennis Ahearn, in 2005.
Mr. Phillips lives in Stafford County, Virginia, with his wife, Dawn, and their three children.
